Amanda, a Florida native, joined the sales team in 2013. She started with the Sheraton Sand Key as our Catering & Social Manager. After 12 years on the social side, the corporate world began to call her name. Amanda was promoted to Sales Manager in 2017 and now handles the local Florida market. Amanda handles all of her accounts being authentic and professional every step of the way.
Dylan started with the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in September of 2019. Dylan is a creative, bold, and caring hotelier; here to be your partner not just your venue. Dylan is a seasoned sales professional with 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Customer focused with a creative mindset that shows a track record of exceptional results.
Catering Sales Manager
Darrah has been working in hospitality for over 10 years and has been with the resort for almost 4 years now. Darrah is perfect in her role as she has a true passion for customer relationships and being a part of their life celebrations. She loves to have hand in creating memories of forever. From a brides wedding day to a gala fundraiser supporting an amazing cause, Darrah truly enjoys playing a positive role in these important events in her customers lives.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Marilyn has been with the resort for over 25 years in a variety of roles centering around guest service and revenue optimization. She is dedicated to delivering high quality service and works passionately for the overall success and achievement of the resort’s future goals. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Marilyn is privileged to lead a team of talented individuals who put their customers first and take great pride in what they do. Our deep rooted philosophy of excellence in service and partnership has resulted in loyal meeting planners that return year after year.
Director of Corporate Sales
Susan has been with the resort for over 37 years and in her sales role for the majority of those years. Susan is primarily focused on the Midwest market in both the corporate and association segments. Her passion for the Sheraton Sand Key extends to her relationships with her customers. Customers have become friends over the years as Susan cultivates each and every relationship.
Director of Association Sales
Les has held various positions in hotel operations and sales in both Canada and the United States, settling in at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in September of 1990. He quickly took the lead in the association segment focused primarily on Washington DC and Florida associations. Les has proudly partnered with numerous accounts for over 25 years. He thinks of the resort as his second home and his customers as an extension of his family.
